We are dedicated to providing our clients with surveying, engineering and appraisal services that comply with current standards as set forth by city, county, and state government regulations.
Our professionals are registered, licensed and General Certified in Arizona and our crews use digital levels, electronic theodolites, and Global Satellite Positioning receivers to perform ALTA / ACSM Class 'A' Land Title surveys, Boundary Surveys, Encroachment Surveys, Land Subdivisions, Topography Surveys, Construction Surveys. Our Civil Engineers provide preliminary and final engineering for Grading and Drainage Plans, Hillside Land Development Projects, Parking facilities, Roadways and Highways, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Retention, Basins, Utilities and Water Systems. We also handle Mapping and Platting Services as well as providing Residential Land and Commercial Industrial Appraisal services by a State Certified Licensed or General Certified Appraiser in the State of Arizona.
A-1 Surveyors will certify that the map, plat or certification letter, and the survey on which it is based are made in accordance with standard requirements for the subject, city and county government in effect on the date if its certification, A-1 Surveyors further certifies that proper field procedures, instrumentation, and trained survey personnel will be employed in order to achieve results comparable to those outlined in the Minimum Angle Measurements which control land boundary surveys.
